Terms of use
Last updated: August 2, 2026 (draft)
Acceptance
By creating an Apnalia account you accept these terms. If you disagree, you must not use the service.
What we offer
A set of free orientation tools (mask finder, report interpreter, replacement calculator, orientation questionnaire) and, with an account, a therapy journal and pattern analysis over your own history. See the medical disclaimer for the exact limits of what these tools do and don't do.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide truthful information when signing up.
Acceptable use
You must not use Apnalia to obtain, through prompt engineering or any other means, a diagnosis, a pressure or medication recommendation, or any other output the product's guardrails deliberately block. Systematic attempts to elicit these outputs may result in account suspension.
Subscription and payments
[Pending: to be detailed once the paywall exists — plan, price, billing cycle, cancellation and refund terms. No paid subscription is active yet.]
Intellectual property
Apnalia's content (text, brand, design) is owned by [pending: legal name] or its licensors. Your own therapy data is yours — we export and delete it whenever you ask.
Limitation of liability
Apnalia is provided "as is", as an informational support tool, not as a substitute for professional medical judgment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for health decisions made without the supervision of a healthcare professional.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; substantial changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice within the product.
